We want to like you. You're a nice guy and your press conferences are right up there with Mike Gundy and Herm Edwards. But sadly, the type of coaching and recruiting it takes to get mediocre players to beat other mediocre players doesn't work against the good ones. Everyday you remain head coach does further damage to our recruiting and prestige, not to mention the damage to your players' careers. Please, just end the suffering.

I personally would love to see Dan stay on as coach for a long time so he can figure out if the worst day as a Buff is truly better than the best day as a Husker.
